1. Are you registered with the state of Florida and insured?
Yes! We are registered with the state of Florida and are fully insured. If your venue requires proof of insurance as a requirement, please let us know right away.
2. Will you travel for my wedding? And how do I book you if I live far away?
We love to travel for weddings! It’s always such an honor when we can join our couple on their journey to say “I Do!”. Contact us for information about our special travel pricing. Technology allows us to work with destination couples from all over the world. Everything from video chats, contracts, and deposits can all be done online.
3. How many weddings do you photograph a year?
With each and every client we love to give them our very best and to ensure that we are able to provide the level of service we feel they deserve, we photograph no more than 20-24 weddings per year.
4. Do you wear your rubber boots while shooting?
Unless our couple requests them, we do not wear them for weddings (pretty ballet flats are our favorites!). However, if we are photographing a session on a rainy and muddy day, our rubber boots will make an appearance!
1. How do I book you?
Simply click on the “Contact” button at the top of the page and send us your wedding details. We will respond with all the information regarding our wedding collections within 24-48 hours. Once you have chosen your perfect collection, we will send your contract for you to review and sign, as well as an electronic invoice to complete your 40% retainer. Upon the receipt of your signed contract and retainer, your wedding date is reserved! The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding date.
Click on the “Contact” button at the top of the page and send us the details of the type of session you are interested in. We will respond with more details regarding our Lifestyle Sessions within 24-48 hours. Once we have settled on your session type, date, and location, a signed contract and a 50% retainer are required. The remaining balance is due at the end of your session.
2. I would love my friends and family to see my photos! How can I share them?
All of our wedding and session clients receive an online gallery of their images to share with friends and family. Your gallery will be password protected and we will only release the password to you. Your gallery is connected to the Rubber Boots Photography Print Shop allowing you, as well as your friends and family to order prints and canvases.
3. Do you offer albums?
Yes! We offer beautiful, handcrafted albums for both our wedding and session clients. Our complete album guide is available upon request.
4. When will I receive my photos?
Our couples can expect to view their online gallery within 8-10 weeks from their wedding day and your photos will arrive through the mail between 10-12 weeks from your wedding day. However, if you need a few images before then for thank you notes, please let us know and we will help you right away!
Your online gallery will be ready for viewing 4-6 weeks from your session date. You can expect to receive your photos through the mail between 6-8 weeks from your session date. However, if you need a few images before then for announcements, thank you notes, etc. please let us know and we will help you right away!
